I was raised in New Jersey.  As a young man, I made money in Colorado during the land boom of the early 80's buying and renovating properties for resale.  Later, I moved to Washington State and again made money buying low and selling high with moderate renovation and or subdividing expenditures.

I came to Florida 15 years ago. I owned and operated 2 successful restaurants here in Sarasota and North Port, have become an entrepreneur in local real estate markets.  I bought land in North Port at $2,000.00 and sold it at $50,000.  I bought a block of land and also sold it at a profit.  I bought a 1/2 block of rental homes on MLK and sold it to Ringling School  at a substantial gain. I currently own 195 acres of land in Arizona and 7 rental properties which are all paid off.  The downfall in the market did not affect me because I am a fiscal conservative.  I know a bargain when I see one, LET ME FIND A DEAL FOR YOU.
